Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
Manage and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and make investment decisions
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business decisions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
