We are seeking a talented and motivated Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and generating leads through outbound calls.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services
Follow up on leads and provide product/service information to customers
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas
Update customer information and sales data in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues
Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
