We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of sales associates.
Requirements:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or management
with experience in a supervisory role preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Train and manage a team of sales associates, including scheduling, coaching, and providing feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and manage stock levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among team members.
