Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our customer support team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about our products and services. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a professional and friendly manner. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and offer assistance as needed. Listen attentively to customer concerns and feedback, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback to improve our products and services. Handle customer complaints professionally and de-escalate tense situations to ensure a positive customer experience.
