Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Executive. The Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a smooth customer experience, managing inventory, and assisting in maintaining the store's overall appearance and functionality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business
retail
or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role
preferably in a retail or customer service environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with customers and team members. Basic computer skills
including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexible schedule
including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Greet customers as they enter the store and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and conditions.
Arrange and display products in an organized and visually appealing manner.
Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-maintained to provide an inviting shopping environment.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Prepare sales reports and contribute to the overall store performance analysis.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including security measures and cash handling guidelines.
