Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (previous cold calling experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Persuasive and confident in engaging with potential customers. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Results-driven and motivated by commissions and incentives.
